These Terms of Service govern your access to and purchases from the Atelier Cordelle online store at https://cordelle-2.myshopify.com. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility

To place an order you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and be authorized to use the payment method provided.

3. Products

We sell bags, matching sets, mini bags, belts and wallets. We work to show photos, colors, measurements and descriptions accurately. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, and natural materials such as leather may show variations in grain, texture and shade.

Products are sold under the Atelier Cordelle name. Atelier Cordelle is an independent store and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any third-party brand.

4. Final stock and availability

Atelier Cordelle is selling its final stock, and items are not restocked once they sell out. Quantities are limited. Adding an item to your bag does not reserve it: availability is confirmed only when the order is paid. If an item you paid for turns out to be unavailable, we cancel that item and refund it in full.

5. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). If the store displays prices in another currency, the amount charged is the one shown at checkout. We may change prices and offers at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Applicable sales taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Customs duties and import taxes for international orders are described in our Shipping Policy.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund it in full.

6. Promotions and automatic discounts

Quantity discounts are applied automatically in your bag when the conditions are met: 15% off when you buy 2 items, 25% off when you buy 3 items and 35% off when you buy 4 or more items. The discount shown at checkout is the one that applies to your order.

Discounts cannot be combined with each other unless this is stated. They have no cash value and cannot be applied to orders already placed. We may modify or end a promotion at any time, and we may cancel orders that use a promotion in a fraudulent or abusive way.

If part of a discounted order is returned, the refund equals the amount actually paid for the returned item.

7. Orders

After you place an order, you receive a confirmation by email. This email confirms that we received your order. The sales contract is concluded when we ship the order.

We may refuse or cancel an order when:

• the item is not available;
• there is an obvious error in price or description;
• the payment is declined or flagged as suspicious;
• the address is incomplete or invalid;
• we detect fraudulent or abusive use of the store.

If an order is cancelled after payment, the amount paid is refunded to the original payment method.

8. Payment

Payments are processed by the secure payment providers available at checkout. Atelier Cordelle does not store complete card details. Orders are processed after the payment is authorized.

9. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is handled under our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, holidays, carrier delays and other causes beyond our control.

10. Returns, exchanges and cancellations

Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery under our Return and Refund Policy, which also covers exchanges, defective items and order cancellation. Exchanges depend on availability, and become a refund when the requested item is no longer in stock.

11. Payment disputes and chargebacks

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer, so we can resolve it directly. We may submit order, delivery and communication records to the payment provider in response to a dispute. Opening a dispute for an order that was delivered as described, without contacting us, may lead us to refuse future orders.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the store for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
• provide false information or information of third parties without authorization;
• attempt to access systems, accounts or areas without authorization;
• copy, scrape or reuse the content of the store without written permission;
• interfere with the normal operation of the store.

13. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your access details confidential and for the activity in your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized use.

14. Reviews and content you send

If you send us reviews, photos or comments, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use them in the store and in our communications. You confirm that the content is yours and truthful.

15. Intellectual property

The texts, photos, design, logo and other content of the store belong to Atelier Cordelle or to its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

16. Third-party links and services

The store may link to third-party websites and use third-party services, such as payment providers and carriers. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties.

17. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We work to keep the store available, secure and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of interruptions or errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atelier Cordelle is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the store or the products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

18. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as strikes, transport disruptions, customs or government restrictions, natural disasters or general technical failures.

19. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence and may bring claims before the courts of that country.

Before any formal claim, please write to us so we can try to resolve the matter directly.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of the last update. Orders are governed by the version in force on the date the order was placed.
